Parkrun is a free weekly timed 5k event every Saturday at 9am at various locations throughout the world.

Our nearest to Ferryhill is Jubilee parkrun in Spennymoor, Sedgefield at Hardwick Park and Durham at the River bank.

To celebrate 18 years of parkrun we are launching a new PARKWALK initiative as we know that not everyone wants to run.
