If you live in the Durham Dales, Easington, Sedgefield, Derwentside, Durham or Chester-le-Street areas and need assistance getting to your health appointments, Help to Help Volunteer Patient Transport can help.
Help to Health is a volunteer driver service delivered by County Durham charities Volunteering Matters and Supportive.
Transport is availible Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
You can book up to four weeks before your appointment but we need at least 48 hours notice.
The service will be charged by mile. When booking is confirmed you will be told how much your journey will be.
